Die design and its related self-designed products
We have utilized 3D solid modeling in various
formats to design dies and developed own
products from an early age.
We have also installed the forming simulation to
inspect high-tensile steel plates and aluminums
which are likely to be adapted for the weight saving
and the hardening with high accuracy.
Machining
We have equipped several high-speed large finishing machines to improve the quality and shorten work hours. We have also installed the system which allows each machine operator to make a lot of process data by the 3D solid modeling from an early age. From the end of 2007, we have succeeded in reducing 97% of 2D drawings of not only our own product machining but also die machining. We strive to work efficiently from the environmental aspects as well.
Finishing (assembling, surface finishing and die spotting)
We improve the quality of the dies and our own products with our expertise by utilizing the precision machined parts, laying out, surface grinding and the fine control by our hands.
Inspection
We have the inspection tools and systems to obtain and check the required quality at the final and/or intermediary stages. These data are fed back to the design department and accumulated as the technologies.
