PUNCHER is a punch stripper unit consisting of 3 parts: pierce punch, retainer and stripper.
1. Process Reduction
PUNCHER can be purchased as a set. As a result, production cost such designing, purchasing, manufactureing and assembly can be reduced.
*The machining of stripper shape will be done at customers’ facility.
2. Thrust Receiving
Since the stopper guide and the punch retainer take the thrust on the stripper, the punch is free from the unnecessary load. The PUNCHER can be also used for high-strength steel details.
*Durability Test with 10 deg. Working Surface-Passed on 500,000 hits.

3. Easy Handling and Usability Improvement
The Puncher adopts the structure that enables you to assemble / disassemble the stripper extremely easily. In addition, the retaining structure of the Puncher is robust and stable, and designed to prevent the dispersion or loss of the springs and other components at disassembly. Because of this structure, the Puncher can be assembled / disassembled at any stage (construction, modification or maintenance) in a minimum period of time and improves the usability at your facility.
4. Various Options
- The PUNCHER for special pierce shape is also available.
- Standard type has a shank diameter of 10, 13 and 16mm and comes with one of the two punch choices - ball lock type or shoulder type.
- Large type has a shank diameter of 20, 25 and 32mm and comes with a shoulder-type punch.
